Selecting the perfect venue for your meeting, wedding or social event is as
easy as 1,2,3 with NewEnglandMeetings.com. Follow the 3 simple steps below
to submit your Request for Proposal (RFP) to properties of your choice in
just a few clicks!
STEP ONE: CHOOSE YOUR RFP: Meeting, Wedding or Social Event . Each RFP
is custom suited to the type of event you are planning. Select your RFP from
the bar at the top under " I am Planning A" .
STEP TWO: CREATE YOUR RFP LIST BY USING OUR SEARCH TOOL: Click on
the "Click here to search venues" button to review our wide selection
of property venues… we offer a brief summary of each property's features
and benefits with direct website links so you can further explore a
particular property that interests you. From downtown urban hotels
with large conference facilities, to charming inns and resorts in the
countryside, mountain areas, and along the breezy seashores, we have
venues that will suit your needs.
Here's how to choose your properties:
- As you find properties that fit your specifications, click on the "ADD to RFP List" box on the right hand side of that property's listing.
- Then, after you've selected all the properties on each search page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the colored "ADD to RFP List" button to add your selected properties to your "shopping cart" of venues that will receive your RFP. Keep searching as long as you like… you can repeat this step several times with different searches and your "shopping cart" will hold a record of all the properties that interested you.
Don't worry …you'll have the chance to edit this list again before you send it!
STEP THREE: REVIEW YOUR RFP LIST AND FILL OUT YOUR RFP: Click ? button to
confirm your property choices and fill out your RFP. You can either fill out
all of your specifications for a complete RFP, or just do a "Quick Submit" by
simply requesting availability of your event date. Remember to review your
property list one last time before you fill out the RFP!
That's it! Representatives from the properties that you have selected will receive
your RFP via email and put together the perfect package to meet your needs.
